Have you taken a sip or slurp yet? If you like it, it will be ready for bottling. > How often do I feed it? It depends whether you do continuous brewing or batch brewing. I do batch brewing. That means that I let my brews go for 7 days or longer (depending on taste). When they taste right, I take the scobys out (put them into separate container) pour off the liquid and leave a goodly amount as starter for the next batch - add it to the scobys. Sometimes I rinse out the container (if very yeasty and squiggley), then add scobys and set apart KT and pour on cooled sweet tea according to my recipe. Da-daaaaa, another batch is ready to ferment until I like the taste. So, I guess, your next job is to taste your brew. And then, take it from there! It's really not difficult. All you need is a bit of common sense with taster sessions! ;-) Blessings, Margret, just downing a glass of my yum-yum KT:-) in the UK -- +------------------ Minstrel@... --------------------+ http://www.therpc.f9.co.uk/family/scobygrow/home.html http://bavarianminstrel.wordpress.com creation.com We learn to pray by praying.
