This question may have been overly discussed but I am not sure that I got the last of it. I know that a couple of you were experimenting with this. Was Jahjet one, or ? So, what are the results of you experiments. Also, some folks say that the honey has to be pasteurized, but others like Harald Tietze says that honey has to be incorporated at low temperature, and that as long as the brewing is done at warm temperatures (e.g. 28C), it will be fine.
