I am so excited about starting this and learning more about the kombucha tea and having a safe and healthy beverage for my whole family. Could some one please tell me where I can find a good kombucha that isn't so expensive. There are so many sites selling out there, I am just not where to go. I am in NC in the US and I don't know of anyone who is brewing this. I am hoping to get it started in my area.
