Guest guest Posted August 2, 2010 Report Share Posted August 2, 2010 I just tasted my first batch of KT and I LOVE IT! It is the perfect flavor, not to sweet or sour. It's not as fizzy as my store bought, but that's ok. Now what? I brewed 2 gallon's. Can I just drink from the fermenting jar, pouring a glass each day from there (minus the scoby) or do I have to re-bottle it?
