Guest guest Posted August 2, 2010 Report Share Posted August 2, 2010 Hi All~ I have been brewing Kombucha for almost a year and I as I have gone to brewing larger amounts I am questioning the length of the time to brew the tea. I originally read to keep the tea in until the water cools. I have also seen where you only brew for 15 minutes. So which is it? And if I brew my tea for a long period of time how will it affect the tea. I have left tea to brew for overnight and had no adverse tastes in my brew.
