Because both my younger boys were up when I wanted to do my workout, and because I hate swinging around them in the basement, I decided to do my own quickie w/ Mr. 45. I have more room upstairs this way, and I don't get as nervous because they USUALLY are not right on top of me. Anyway, I was stubborn and did the same amount of reps as before with this workout. I barely made it on the presses. I mean, I think I would have failed if there would have been a hair glued on to the bell enjoying the ride... Tough stuff. I burned 208 calories with my average at 138. Swings - 40 repsClean & Press - 3 sets of 3 reps per side (18 total)Overhead Swing - 20 repsTactile Lunge - 34 repsFigure 8 - 26 repsOne-handed alternated swing - 4 sets of 5 reps per side (40 total) Snatches - 3 sets of 3 reps per sidePull, Catch & Squat - 15 repsDarcy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
