For some reason I seem to be having trouble reading things in order today.

Thanks Tonya for the link to the MS Yoga DVD. ITs from a Pharm company, so I

didn't feel TOO guilty about taking advantage. It was a bit surreal though as I

was tested for MS over and over and over again before the fibro diagnosis. Its

still a possability since I have many of the symptoms, born in the North East,

have in the family etc. but I think I am out of the woods.

When I was 16 they TOLD me-in error- that I had MS. So as much as I bitch now

about things. I don't pity myself that much. Things could be worse for me and

they aren't. I got lucky.

I will share the DVD if I like it with a friend who had a family member recently

dignosed. Ugh.

Yeah, I'll warn you, there is a prescription insert in the dvd case.  I felt guilty when DH said he got it for me because I don't have MS, but when I realized it was a promotional tool for their drugs, I didn't mind anymore.
