Guest guest
I am pretty quiet these days because I am very busy. My son is coming home for two weeks then he is off to Iraq for a year. I believe his return flight leaves on the 13th, as I recall, so it seems I will miss another good meeting. marta still reading every post... THey get a ribbon or something for every six months in a combat zone. He is not afraid at all. He is correct, of course, he will be relatively safe over there. THere is a small chance of dying, but not a great one. I am his mother and it would be easier for me to go there than to stay here and wait for him to come home. I would love to go to the beautiful middle east as a tourist, but who knows when that will ever happen? marta
