Guest guest
Hi erin, I am finding that 2 weeks to 30 days gets my k-tea nice and fizzy )too fizzy usually by 30 days). I use san peligrino bottles, some fruit (5-10 berries, raisins, etc., or 1/2 tea spoon plain sugar). There tops usually fit tight which is important, but i've also found mechanical cork/bottle stoppers at a local craft store that make an airtight seal. Also, make sure the bottle is full and that there is not much room for air. Little air and airtight is important. Good luck and good health. I opened the first one up today, almost a week later, and not even a hint of fizz. > DO they need to be kept longer before fizz shows up? >
