Guest guest
Bottles should be kept at second ferment( only for a few days ) in a cooler or in a vinebox with dividers, and a towell over them. At least that is what i do, and unused bottles after a few days i put in frig, it will slow down fermentation. I think Dave had to do that it is a safety issue,in the beginning there were a few bottles that exploded on healthfood store shelves..not Daves.( his are kept in frig)I like his bottles, and he changed caps from metal to plastic, and so for short periods, i think they are safe.. I even add dried fruit,or gingershavings, but i have plain ones, and herbalones too. I love dried bluberries..but it will increase bubbles, if you have a few going and test after a couple of days.. and after that one each day. Maybe write down results. But you dont need to bottle sometimes, like eyesterday,i just put in one tallish glass decanter ( with some blueberries) fill to brim, cover with glass lid, and today just right!! My family can just help themselves. Keep testing after each day.. sometimes there is nothing left to bottle..LOL Lots Of Luck!
