Hi Kinsey, I, too, have a journal, and I find writing out all the anger, frustration and angst, help resolve many things without alienating too many people. I'm so sorry you have had to do this recovery alone and the timing of losing your home and partnership couldn't have been worse. You're a strong, intelligent woman exerting her power. Guest guest
Kinsey... your mad book sounds like a great idea.. glad all is well. Betsy angst Angst...I have that too, given the fact I was moved from my home and my relationship ended on the third day after my surgery in Dec. I thought I would not manage... I am in an apartment with my special cat shadow, recuperating on my own. I do however get visits from our C from this group (thank God for her) and an occassional visit and trip from my ex. To get past my angst I have a mad book. I write all of the things I want to say no matter what, the things I need to say and the things I won't say out loud or repeat. No one sees this book unless they snoop. I don't like what angst does to me and I notice it is messing with our friend tarma too. I am doing well and I wish all of you the same. hugs, kinsey
