Guest guest Posted February 24, 2010 Report Share Posted February 24, 2010 Hi, I did Huckabee's cardio routine from the PowerFit series this morning - a nice short routine. I like the standing ab work at the end, also. Next time I really must bring my step out for the 4th combo of the cardio since it is basically step aerobics without the step! I bet it would up the intensity a bit to have the step! After that, I did Ellen's Yogini workout, another favorite - I really always feel good after this one - Elle includes a lot of extension work and that is just what i need to decompress my lower back. I'm still aiming to start my FIRM rotation on Sunday -but they're predicting some snow (not again!) for the area - depending on how much shoveling I have to do, I may have to postpone the FIRM. If I do, I think I'll do another week with the PowerFits. I'm enjoying doing the quick workouts and then some add-ons. Tomorrow is back, biceps & thighs of PowerFit and I do think I will give that Debra Mazda step workout a try. (I'll let you know, a - it gets really good reviews at Collage!) I will also ahve to re-visit her walking workout - that is one that, while a good workout, was not one I was in love w/ Debra herself is very inspiring, I forget how much weight she lost and kept off but it was a lot!Take care!Donna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
