Guest guest
I am not castigating all CNA's. So if you are one, please understand that I value people who love this profession and give so tremendously to their patients. Unfortunately, at least where I am, many CNA's have drug problems. Thank God for those you don't! (I am truly hoping that CNA's in Lompoc, California -- where my mom is -- are the great CNA's!) Oh... and my mother's name is Anne Welch. ........... Elle, I don't know if you were asking, but a CT scan shows fresh blood the best of any test. That would be the most urgent thing to know. After a couple days an ischemic stroke will also show up on CT scan. Prayers have already gone out from me, of course. marta

My stepmom went in the hospital the week after Christmas with a bleed on the brain. when we went to the hospital she was sedated and still having seizures I wouldn't have given you 2 cents for her then, thought she was a goner or at best a vegtable. She had surgery the next day and removed a eggsized clot on her brain, Now she is doing well and except for griping about her hair being shaved 1/2 way, she is almost completely back to normal.
