Guest guest
Hi Cindee! It was great seeing you and Ray too! You are soooo tiny! You are absolutely beautiful! I'm sorry they keep having to stick that dang needle in there! OUCH!!! After we got on the road, we stopped and got something to eat, and then continued through Tahachapi. We got some rain through the mountains but it all waited until after we got home. The kids had already started dinner, done their homework and were watching tv. No one was screaming or fighting and the living room was picked up....thought I walked into the wrong house for a minute! I came in, took a drink of water, and immediately fell asleep. That was a loooong drive! Today, I'm full of energy, not sure if I'll take the pain meds today, don't really need it. The muscles and bruises hurt, but that's about it. I didn't find that this surgery was harder then the DS at all. This is a cake walk compared to the DS! Well, I need to go the phone has been ringing off the hook all day...... a mom's work is never done. Great seeing you!!!! Melisa Melisa Hey woman! It was sure great to run in to you today at the doc's! You look great for such a recent post-op! I bet it felt good to get those drains pulled too! Woman, you look beautiful, your newsletter pic doesn't even begin to do you justice! Hope you had a safe and uneventful drive home and didn't hit that nasty rain! WOW....you sure are bruised and stitched from one side to the other, LOL, ya sure they didn't drop you while you were knocked out? It may look bad now, but just wait! I bet you will heal beautifully! LOL, welcome to the NBB club! I have this funny little dimple at the end of my ds scar that looks like a belly button so it kinda makes me giggle when I look at it! Do you plan a tattoo or are you just gonna enjoy your flat tummy unadorned? I had another 60cc's of fluid drained from that seroma today, this makes the 7th time, and each time it gets less and less, we are hoping that just 2 more times of needle aspiration and it will finally go away for good! So I have an appt for next Tuesday for one more draining , and then again a week later, hopefully that will be the end of it! Glad to see you and your hubby! you look great, even if you did have to hold your pants up with one hand! Heal well!! You are in my thoughts and prayers! Guest guest
Doesn't that tt make a difference for you?? My scar is so much higher than your, guess because I am so short waisted..You are going to look so good when that swelling goes down. God bless, Pat
