2 Mile Walk Slim

Running crazy today so only had time for a quick workout. I wanted something familiar and comfortable but not super easy. I went with the 2 Mile Walk from Walk Slim. I haven't done this one in a long time. I forgot to check my stats on my HRM (which is the first time I think I've ever forgotten to check so that tells you how crazy I was running today) but I know I had a hard time getting my heart rate into my training zone except for the "boosted walking" intervals. Not sure if it was the workout or me. I've been only able to work out intermittenly the last few weeks and really didn't want to work out today but since I did have a window, I didn't want to waste the opportunity either. I am glad I did it. It wasn't super intense but it felt good and it was nice to workout with too. I also noticed that I liked the music in this one pretty well. I'm trying to do a ton of paperwork for work right now but took a quick break to write this.
