Wednesday workout

Hi,

This morning was legs #20. I did another early morning workout and I thought I was doing OK until the last tri-set, that's when my energy went out the door.

lateral step ups 20

side slide lunges w/paper plate 15

one leg sit N stand (I modified and did both legs with 7 risers and a 20 lb DB)

Static lunges 25

plie squats alternating hand 30

one leg slide back lunges w/ paper plate 8

Squats narrow stance 25

45 degree lunges (I kept this one straight forward) 15

one leg sit N slide w/paper plate 20

calves- I used both legs and no weights. I get an awesome burn!!!

I did some of the extended stretch. I only had time for about 5 more minutes of workout before having to quit. So the workout was 55 minutes.

It's cold here today and windy. Don't know if we'll be able to go walking or not.
