2nd Annual Jingle Jog for Autism

F.A.C.E.S. Autism Support Group in Walton County

will be hosting our 2nd Jingle Jog for Autism

Saturday, December 8, 2007 in Loganville, Georgia

F.A.C.E.S. Autism Support Group( Families of Autism/Asperger’s, Care, Educate and Support) in Walton County will be hosting our 2nd Jingle Jog for Autism on Saturday, December 8, 2007 in Loganville. Location is West Walton /Meridian Park(Off hwy 78, across from Loganville High School, behind Carey Ford.) Registration at 9:00-9:45, Jog begins 10 a.m.

The proceeds from this walk will benefit F.A.C.E.S. 2nd summer camp program for children on the autism spectrum for ages 5-21.

/ Joggers will get a Long Sleeve Shirt, a Jingle Bell for your shoe, and a raffle ticket to possibly WIN 1 pair of Ladies Vera Bradley Polarized Sunglasses with a black and pink elephant case(retail value of $179.00), or a Passion Party Romantatherapy Gift Basket (retail value of 100.00) with Pre-Registration by 11/20/07.

Registration for Age 10 & up: $18.00

Registration for Age 3-10 : $14.00

All other registrations are $20 the day of the jog, without a T-shirt guarantee (although we will try to predict best we can) and a chance for the raffle above.

Church groups, youth groups, school groups/teams, family groups, EVERYONE is invited to participate! Teams or Groups need to be minimum of 10 people and your registration will include a picture with Santa.

Bronze level - $200 donation = 2 registrations + can contribute to the runners treat bag

Silver level - $500 donation = 4 registrations + Company Logo on shirt + can contribute to the runners treat bag

Gold level - $1000 donation = 8 registrations + Company Logo on shirt + we will hang sign to promote business on the day of the event at West Walton/Meridian Park + can contribute to the runners treat bag

Platinum level- $1500 donation + 10 registrations + Large Company Logo on shirt + we will hang sign to promote business on the day of the event at West Walton/Meridian Park + can contribute to the runners treat bag

Medallion level - $3000 donation = 15 registrations + Large Company name on shirt, + signs to promote business at West Walton Park + can contribute to the runners treat bag
