Great shoes, . I do so need to run again at some point - especially outdoors. The TM isn't doing it for me lately and I haven't been using it that much. It all goes in cyles though and I'm sure I'll be back to it (and the bike) at some point. I'm collecting a stack of fitness magazines to read while I bike. :)

I was elated to see the $165 pair of shoes I've been lusting after for $54.90 at Nordstrom Rack! They aren't hot pink as I would prefer, they are gray, but they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn and I'm going to go back to the Rack daily to see if they get more in and stockpile. For one who has bad feet, comfy shoes are a must! I took them on their maiden voyage for a 2 mile run through my neighborhood. I hadn't ran like that in at least a year, and it felt really good! I probably could have done another mile but I don't want to overtrain and injure myself. I walked to cool down, then rolled out my shins, hamstrings and lower back on the foam roller. I hope to run again on Saturday, perhaps 3 miles. It's a shoulder friendly workout, and the weather here in Portland is perfect!
