Undergraduate psychology students have loads of availability and

understand the programmes (I don't do VB) easily.

We also have a course here called 'childhood studies' they also have

loads of availability.

The vocational courses are the worst i.e. they keep the students v.

busy so speech therapy/ teacher training are no go areas really.

If you are going to take students then I always find

undergraduates never have the availability because of

lectures etc, so it's best to look for a postgraduate. I

agree about previous experience with children being pretty

important. Our long term tutors both have psychology

degrees.
