From the computer, no less, through two closed doors. Well, happy to report I am getting faster at sprinting, lol! No accidents. Also, when I eat carbs I bounce back about four pounds in one day. LOL I have found that I bounce 4-6 pounds with carbs, too. I think it is because carbs make us retain water. (I noticed this effect -- not affect -- when I was diabetic, too.)
