Guest guest Posted January 28, 2010 Report Share Posted January 28, 2010 Hi, This morning was Athletic Step. I said I had done this one before and I have no clue why I said that because I haven't. I thought it was going to be a lot easier then what it was. It was actually pretty tough. It didn't help me that my legs are feeling DOMS today from yesterdays workout. I didn't feel like doing weights and plates abs so I did High Step Challenge abs. It's quick and gets the job done. I burned 441 calories.
