Today I did The Firm, Bootcamp Maximum Calorie Burn. It is with Alison . It is about 50 minutes long. I just got this one recently. I really liked it. I was getting kinda tired towards the end and did the modified version of the burpee type thingys, but I did pretty darn good. I feel myself getting better and stronger, I even did a few pushups today. I will definitely do this one again.
