Guest guest Posted March 18, 2010 Report Share Posted March 18, 2010 Wednesday, March 17, 2010 saint patty's gym workout back from the gym 30 min run/hill walk intervals(mostly run though). 2 sets pull ups, 2 sets chin ups, 2 sets back extensions on machine,2 set decline crunches. and some stretching of course! Thursday, March 18, 2010 more saint patty's work and athletic step yesterday did 30 min gold's gym wii boxing follow with no ball segment of total body stretching.this morning did a title i haven't tried yet,athletic step from cathe's shock cardio series.a little trickier to catch on compare to her step moves,mainly because she just throws cues and moves at you and you haven't had the chance to process that in your mind. especially early in the morning its pretty hard LOL. overall it was pretty intense for a short workout since she keeps just moving and moving. adding on, making changes to the combos then connecting them together. at the very end of the workout she adds in some intensity moves then its to a short cool down and a longer stretch.a really good workout!!!!to help with my no buy challenge i am going to list all the workouts i haven't done yet, and the ones i haven't done more then once or twice. i know i have a few and usually when i start thinking about this it makes it easier to stick to not buying anything. when i really have to face all the stuff i have!so far without thinking about it i know i haven't done anything in the shock cardio series more then once!
