Guest guest
Hi, I am finally not all that sore in my lower body and my SI joint seems to be on the mend. The chiro had to adjust it twice this week! So, today, I did a nothing-fancy strenght routine. 10 Min Solution Target Toning w/ Whitmarsh. 4 10 min sections of body weight and dbell exercises, one stretch section. I did not use weights for lower body - although that would be a good modification to make this workout more difficult and I may do that in the future. The exercises presented are pretty much your standards - but it was still a decent, although not very exciting, routine. I did feel that I got a decent workout in my lower body, even by going without weights. There are 2 sections for lower body - one focuses more on the thighs, the other more on the butt/hamstrings. The arm workout used weights for the first half and body weight for some of the exercises (like-push-ups). Abs started out with some standing work and plank work and then moved on to more traditional exercises like crunches. The stretch was ok - but it didn't hit all my personal tight spots, so I added on to it. I warmed up this morning by doing another 10 min segment from Petra's 10 Min Solution Dance off Belly Fat. It is coming together - :)Oh, I also did 20 push-ups and 20 pull-downs in between each segment of 10 min solution - so I got 5 sets in. Hope everyone has a good day!Donna
