I finally slept pretty good last night despite waking up once and being up for an hour or so. Anyway, I decided to go with Danny's beginner workout. I have never done these before, and I can say that I liked it quite a bit. This is a kickboxing bag workout. The workout was just 36 minutes long, with a short ab workout at the end. I gave it my all. I was thinking about doing some more abs, but Kaysar had woke up by then and I lost concentration.... Back in the saddle full gear with STS tomorrow, so I liked the idea of a shorter workout..plus I plan on riding bike again Anyway, I burned 327 calories with my average 132.
