Guest guest Posted January 28, 2010 Report Share Posted January 28, 2010 I woke up with NO energy. I still feel terrible. I am thinking I might have to sneak a nap later. I say that often, but I never take one..GRRR... Anyway, I was REALLY dragging with my workout. Finally about 25 minutes into it did I get into it more. I dno't remember my burn or my average, and i'm too lazy to go find out Afterwards I did the weights and plates abs. I felt those a lot too. I hate the exercise with the disks when you come up into a jack-knife. I'm terrible at those. So glad when it was over with...Have to train at 5:30 tonight, and need to go get some haircuts.
