Guest guest Posted June 9, 2010 Report Share Posted June 9, 2010 Well, I wanted to make sure I got my three Toniques in this week before we leave for camping. For that reason, I did the original one today. Holy, this one is brutal. I take more rest periods than not. But, if I were using only 2lb weights I'm guessing I'd get through it better. Today, I even added ankle weights, and then used 4lb weights. I am a glutton for punishment. I took the ankle weights off at the floorwork (should have been opposite). Another sweaty mess.
