Guest guest Posted June 8, 2010 Report Share Posted June 8, 2010 , the wrestler and one of the trainers at Fitness, wants to lose 12 lbs by July 30th, I'm guessing to make a different bodyweight class for competitions. I told him that that was totally doable and that I would try too - I'm at 178 now so that means by July 30th I need to be at 166. He said " Let's see who gets there first " (this all happened on Facebook) Well if that isn't motivation to eat clean and work hard I don't know what is! I would LOVE to weigh 166.
