Guest guest
HI Rhonwyn and EveryOne, When I use the term sealing the jars that Kombucha tea is stored in, I mean screwing a lid on tight or otherwise making a relatively air tight seal so that the carbonation that builds up as the Kombucha tea continues to ferment does and not escape but instead builds up pressure which can lead to an explosion. This applies to corks or special caps or anything that seals in the carbonation.
