Guest guest
Hi, I recently wrote as a new member to this group that my daughter had a fainting episode after one dose of cipro prescribed for overgrowth of ell morganii and Proteus vulgaris shown thru her stool testing. We stopped it immediately. Now the integrative medicine doctor would like to try 1 week of septra at 2 teaspoons twice/day along with a probiotic and then continue on with a natural antimicrobial called GI Microb-X. Are there dangers with Septra as well like she experienced with the cipro? Scared to proceed. Is there a consensus at all with this group that septra should not be used either? Thank you S
