do mood stabilizers have less side effects than risperdol?????

Anyone know?? in particular

i am comparing tryliptol to risperdol.

My two DDS are both on risperdol but one has

triliptol added as well and is doing better than

the one with just risperdol. Not sure if the risperdol

is a long term drug or just until he feels she has

stabilized or until he can figure out something else to do

with her.
