I'm still a little snotty but overall feeling much better.  I picked a sun break to go running in my neighborhood, including a steep ass hill near Mt. Tabor on Hawthorne St. from 80th to 72nd.  I walked the first 20 paces of it or so to mentally prepare myself for it and figure out my exertion, etc.  I did it!  And of course once I was finished I got to gently run down the hill on my way to Division.  It was fairly flat after that, thank goodness!

I'm surprised at how sore I am from yesterday's moderate yoga.  I'm feeling the down dogs and chatarangas, and also the 12 minute ab routine from the Abs Diet 2 dvd I did yesterday with and Marina.   This makes me think that tomorrow this body is in for a huge shockaroo because tomorrow is the big day!  Starting tomorrow I will resume my training with Noel only this time it will be twice a week, for a month.  Tomorrow will be back and biceps, then Thursday will be the dreaded Leg Day.

So basically for the next month I will be in pain 24/7.  It will be a Lou Boot Camp of sorts between Noel and running.  This morning I weighed in at 178 - down 37 lbs from October, 38 more to go. These sessions with Noel are what I need to kick it into high gear.

Until tomorrow - hope everyone is having a fantastic Memorial Day weekend!  And prayers to those who have passed before us.
