Guest guest Posted March 22, 2010 Report Share Posted March 22, 2010 Monday, March 22, 2010 monday afternoon made it to the gym for a nice run, did 2 sets of pull ups,2 sets of chin ups and 3 sets of leg presses changing up foot position each set.just finished doing caribbean workout's stretch into yoga-flex yoga. lots of vinyasa which i think i could have lived without but it felt so good to get this extra stretch in 20 min. i think that is it for me for the day. going to take dd to the park to ride her scooter, or maybe the trail see where i feel like going.
