Guest guest
Okay, I thought some of you might get a little healthy laugh out of this one.... It's been a stressful week around my household...please, know I don't think I'm unique in this respect...I know we all have stress...the last three days the stress was higher than normal in this house...I had a 7 yr. old with a raging earache and an ear, nose, throat specialist who never called me back after I had called 3 times and had an assertive talk with the nurse on my third call (I got the medicine called in, but became very angry in the whole lack of efficiency nor concern from the ENT's office), a 5 yr. old with a nasty cold and sore throat, and a husband who was in the middle of a crisis with his boss at work - almost fired kind of crisis - make a long story short she came back encouraging him and working things out - big thanks to God for that one - I can barely keep the laundry up let alone go back to work right now....SO.....the girls are on the mend, my husband's still employed, and I woke up this AM a little sore and TIRED....Got the girls off to school, the husband to work, and decided to take a little walk to get fresh air (don't hate me - benefit of living in the mild weathered South) So I go to put the coat on and I notice I still have my pajama top on - well, we've all learned to do things that are priority and skip the rest, yes???? I skipped the changing of the PJ top and threw the winter coat on over it - no one will know I still have my clouded sky PJ top on, yes? Only I know!!! Well, halfway through the walk I get a little warm, and you know what happens...yes, I take the coat off, wrap it around my waist, and continue to walk waving at all my friendly Southern neighbors. I'm thinking... " I really like how cheerful people are in the South (which really is true), and always smiling and waving " Well, I had no clue most of them were chuckling because crazy is stumbling around the neighborhood in her pajamas again - Man!!! Well, I noticed and put the coat back on - why I don't know - it seemed to be entertaining everybody on their way to work! Life with Stills Disease - it really keeps things interesting....Hope you found a little humor in my story....I have to go do laundry now, and yes, I'm still in my pajama top and thankful that I can be!!! Love to all...Chris _________________________________________________________________ There are now three new levels of MSN Hotmail Extra Storage! Guest guest
Thankfully I've never forgotten the pants - somehow I don't think my neighbors would still be smiling...they'd wonder what all that salmon looking stuff was on the legs, and man she walks all the time and has no muscle tone (that would be our love/hate drug prednisone's fault!!!). Hey, I wanted to know how you earned the title Giggling Goddess of the Full Moon - that sounds like a pretty good role in this world - how can I become some Goddess? Do you have to give your neighbors a Full Moon to get that title??? Hee, hee, hee!!! That was kind of a 70s thing - mooning, streaking. I don't know my neighbors are going to get bored with the jammies - should I up the anty to mooning them??? Wishing you deep thoughts...Chris >From: " Lavallee " <cynthia@...> >> >More importantly Chris...did you have pants on? { I love stories >like this, they prove I am not alone...} > > > Giggling Goddess of the Full Moon > _________________________________________________________________ Get a FREE online virus check for your PC here, from McAfee. http://clinic.mcafee.com/clinic/ibuy/campaign.asp?cid=3963

Guest guest
No kidding Patti!!! You see I knew this group would understand. See, we're so impressed with ourselves when we can get out and about who the heck cares what we have on as long as we're covered! We must keep laughing...we must not let the dragon steal our laughter...he one day will lose to the pain, stiffness, etc., but until that day we shall continue to laugh!!!
