I crammed it in to the only time slot I had available which was 7:20 AM, just after got on his bus and just before I had to get Miriam up for school at 7:55 (cramming is for sure). Anyway, I used Freytag's Personal Training DVD and picked the warmup, cardio B (which has a lot of kickboxing stuff) and the cooldown. Total time was 22 minutes. I had only done workout B once but liked it and did again. Not super intense but still got the heart where it needed to be and I had fun. Then it was off to the races. Today, worked this morning then ran around like a crazy woman. Home now doing some work on the computer for a website I help with and then I'm going over to BFF's for scrapbooking & conversation with her and another wonderful friend that neither of us have seen in many months. Very much looking forward to it! Will be eating lots of M & Ms and probably Raisinets too and I don't care. It is my every few months chocolate binge.
