Remember that Capzaicin cream and pepper spray have a concentrated form of the active ingredient. Of course, levels of tolerance vary with each individual (ever heard of the chili pepper contests?).You can further dilute the capsaicin cream with olive oil or any other carrier oil, depending on the individual type of skin. You need to experiment but always begin with small amount on a small patch of skin. As a matter of fact there is a dilution of capsaicin for nasal spray. So you see, it is not for hairy-chested men only.PLEASE, read the instructions on the label and do your research on the web as well. Capsaicin can prevent heart disease and attacks according to several sources, including WebMD and ScienceDaily
