Guest guest
Hi all - Reading Chris's post about everyone in the house being sick made me think of this. (Hope everyone feels better soon, Chris!) Every year my husband gets a few terrible colds, which he then passes to me, only I would feel ten times worse than he did. Last winter I tried washing my hands constantly, which only gave me really dry skin...lol... This year, I bought Lysol wipes and used them at home and at work. I wiped the phones, computer mouse & keyboard, doorknobs, tv remote, etc. (I did keep up the hand-washing too, just not as obsessively :-) Maybe I was just really lucky this year, but I do think the wipes helped. Hubby was sick 4 times and my boss was sick twice. So far, I only had one cold and it wasn't that bad (knock on wood). Just thought I'd pass this along! Guest guest
Good advice Trisha - My husband got home last night to a cannister of those Lysol wipes with a note that said Jessie has been on PC and phone - wipe down before you use!!! I think my Still's has been aggravated by all these viruses my girls keep bringing home from school. Yesterday I slept 5 hours during the day, and I've noticed some tight congestion in my chest. For me to sleep during the day means I am not well. I usually keep going even when I don't feel well. It seems to be loosening up so I'm not too worried. I've just basically felt rotten for months - looking forward to my Tues. appt. with new rheumy. Maybe I'll get some relief....Love, The Dutchess of Dixie, Chris >From: " Trisha Thiede " <shepp@...> >> >Hi all - Reading Chris's post about everyone in the house being sick made >me think of this.
