Amazing.

I was pleased, and not entirely surprised, that was the deciding

vote. During the debate, he asked the key question about health care:

" Isn't someone who is not purchasing insurance still part of the insurance

market, as others will still have to pay for their care? " (paraphrase)

That question made me suspect he might be in favor.

This is a great day for America.
