Hi Sandy,i hope you are well.Ive found the book Nourishing traditions on amazon

but i wanted to check with you first if its the right one.I have found a revised

second edition by Sally Fallon.When we met last month we talked about avoiding

preservative etc. Aysha

sorry for butting in - just thought this may be useful.

If you look at FAILSAFE diet it has loads of info on preservatives.  Also Royal Prince Alfred Ellimination diet - they avoid more than preservatives but you can ignore the rest.

 

Also FORESIGHT do a fantastic pocket booklet with all the preservatives and E number listed in number order and also name order.  I think its £5 but its excellent.  It also tells you which ones are safe and waht damage the nasties do.  Preservatives was the ist thing I knew my DS reacted to therefore the first thing we cut out, long before I had an feeling he was on the spectrum.
