Hi Everyone,

today was a day when I didn't want to workout! I was tired, cranky, headachey. You name it. I thinki it is work stress and the headache is from the rain we had yesterday. But, feeling a bit better today.

I did Liz Gillies Pilates - I can't remember the title of the workout - but it is the one that has a series of standing Pilates/light cardio followed by reformer inspired matwork. I definately was not on the top of my game this morning and was "off" for the whole thing. Oh well - tomorrow is another day. What is nice about this one is it isn't the same-old mat sequence. The standing moves and the matwork that features "reformer type" exercises makes it a little different.

Tomorrow I will do either strength, cardio or a circuit! I think on Saturday I will do a "real" workout as opposed to just my usual stretching since we're having houseguests and I won't be able to workout on Sunday or Monday - unless I workout in the kitchen again - which I just may! :) The kitchen works great for stretching, Pilates, something that doesn't take up much space! I really do like to move every day - even if it is stretching b/c my back and everything just feel so much better when I move. Did I mention that since my chiro is working more on my upper/mid back that just about all of my aches and pains are gone? Take care!Donna
