Thursday - Kickbutt Steamin' Cardio

Hi Everone,Today was a rest day for me on the rotation PowerFIT Rotation - but I like to rest on Saturday when I can sleep a little later. So, I threw in a wild card today and did Kickbutt Steamin' Cardio w/ Heidi Tanner. A fun workout - it has been a couple of years since I last did it! Nice, varied cardio (one thing, you never get bored b/c you are always changing it up!) and zero dread factor since I was looking forward to it. I also found it pretty challenging (or maybe it is the heat?)I may squeeze in the 10 min workout from Marisa Tomei's DVD today. I work at home today so I may do this before lunch. If I do, I'll post about it.Tomorrow I think is Strong Pull and Core Fusion. I don't know what my add on will be - it may be cardio or maybe some upper/lower body barre work. I may actually take a break from cardio - I did

some cardio every day this week so far. Granted, it was only 20 minutes each session...but..... Or, if I'm feeling like I need the challenge maybe I'll do 20 min on the TM. If i'm really organized tomorrow I can get up extra early and do cardio plus barre (knowing my rest day is Saturday).

My hamstrings are sore, not sure if it is PowerFIT or Marisa Tomei!Take care!Donna
