Jen's exercise for Monday 07/05/10I had today off work and since it was 94 degrees here in Michigan I decided to be a pool bum!This is what I did:Water exercise class where I live - 1 hour 11 to noonMore water exercise on my own - 1 hour 12 to 1pmAfter getting back taking my cat Gizmo to the vet, I did this:Even MORE water exercise and some swimming 2 and 1/2 hours 4:45 to 7:15pm.Did I tell you it was HOT outside today?It's suppose to be 94/95 Tuesday and Wednesday this week with a heat index of 95 to 100 on Wednesday.Here comes the HEAT! Jenp.s. I'm not complaining because I LOVE summer but my hydrangeas aren't very happy

Ahh see we have been blessed in Texas. The weather has been mostly in the

mid-90s thus far. Last year it was over 100 degrees 40 something days in a row.

I remember one day it was 113.

The heat is why I love videos and contemplate mountain retirement communities.
