I can (if I let myself) eat about 1/2 a head at one sitting as long as I'm not eating anything else.. I try not to do that.. I need the protien more.. but I do LOVE cauliflour!! But yes, I can actually eat that much, and Dr. K told me not to worry about it. I " complained " about the amount I could eat fright from the start, and he said-exact quote- " don't worry about it.
