...mostly I think it should come from a source that is an organically cultivated

tea grower. I like bulk, maybe less processed. But that is what i like mostly

for health's sake. Kombucha thrives well in any tea..black tea, green tea( for

more fizz)I am not into using flavored teas, for fruit flavors may?? contaminate

scoby. So I leave that for second ferment, the flavorings. This is a short
