Awesome workout!!! I'm getting up early tomorrow too! I'm on Pacific time, so I think we'll be brewing coffee (and maybe peeing) at the same time.  OK, that's kinda creepy, LOLOL!I'm happy to hear that your KB family is growing. :)  You're getting strong!

I am very impatient and wish my 3 new kettlebells were here!  I ordered a 35, 40, and 45 pounder since my 25 was too light for single arm rows and pullovers (there were only 20 reps but still).  Obviously working out with Noel has really paid off!  I'm so much stronger now than I've ever been!  I want to get RIPPED!

Wow, great workouts . I always have coffee after my workout - I get up around 4:30. If I drink coffee before my w/o I always feel like i'm gonna barf. I can't eat either for the same reason! Although I bet my workuts would be better w/ the caffeine boost!Donna

I read something just last week that said a lot of people's workouts are enhanced with caffeine. I usually have a diet coke sometime before my workout (my caffeine of choice). I don't know if it helps or not though, it is just what I do.

Yes, I've read that too.  Before I teach class on Sunday I do drink a dose of No-Explode, which has lots of caffeine, though I think most people take it to get greater pumps when lifting.  I find that caffeine does help me with my a.m. workouts.  I don't drink caffeine after 2:00 because I don't want it to interfere with my sleep..

I have FRS energy drink prior to workouts (esp my 6am spin class!) This contains a small amount of caffeine and quercetin and vitamins.. I like it but it may just be a scam but It keeps me up and going. If I'm not feeling peppy I'll take a Quecertin pill and a b-vitamin. Pretty much

the same thing that is in FRS but MUCH cheaper. I do like those FRS chews

though.

If I'm not feeling peppy I'll take a Quecertin pill and a b-vitamin. Pretty much

the same thing that is in FRS but MUCH cheaper. I do like those FRS chews

though.
