Guest guest
Same day is fine but I use 2 syringesand inject each one on a different siteIf anything it makes it easier to avoid lumps by injecting smaller amountson each site, I also don't like the idea of mixing 2 liquid medications even if it is ok, mostly because I don't want to riskmixing the medications in their bottlesby going from a bottle to the next.Mark BSent from my iPhoneOn Jun 28, 2012, at 1:37 AM, Nebur <rubennolastname@...> wrote: Are there any members in the group that are on injectable Nandrolone and Testosterone Cypionate?I am taking them both and I do not know if it is a good idea injecting both on the same day. What about mixing them both in the same syringe? When I do a google search, I get conflicting information especially from the bodybuilding sites (they are usually making BIG claims and bodybuilders abusing any steroids). Thanks in advance to all. =
Guest guest
i inject both on the same day, mixing them in the same syringe. after drawing in the nandrolone to the exact amount needed, i withdraw, add some more air (to prevent nandrolone getting sucked into the test vial...i always ensure my vials have a vacuum environment) n then draw in the test until the total needed is attained...then add some more air. in a standard 3ml syringe, a bubble about 1/2 ml is good for helping mix the 2 oils. **put the cap back on the needle first!!**...n turn the needle up n down a few times to mix the oils evenly. do not shake the syringe or otherwise mix it too fast or u will create many small air bubbles that can take awhile to remove....NEVER, EVER INJECT WITH AIR IN UR SYRINGE. both on the same day is best...and if ur injecting in ur butt or thigh, the muscle is probably way more than large enough to handle both deposits at once...and every last injection creates SOME scar tissue. i use an 18ga blunt-tip drawing needle to draw, and a 25ga 1.5 " needle to inject ventrogluteally (by the hip) and also inject my husband with a 25ga 1 " needle dorsogluteally (upper outer quadrant of the buttcheek)...thinner needles make less scar tissue, especially in the long-term, but they also require more forceful squeezing, and that can make some peoples' hands shake. never shake a needle once it's inside u, it's like twisting a dagger. some people use 21-23ga needles to inject, which r thicker, easier to use but create more scarring...hell, the first time i injected in 11/06, i was so nervous i injected into my quad instead, and it went so smoothly that when i finished i was shocked to learn i'd actually used the 18ga needle to inject! (luckily back then my 18ga needles were injection needles)....i got lucky it didnt hurt much. if ur hands r strong n steady, start with 23ga n someday consider experimenting with a 25...when i first got 25s i filled one with olive oil just to get a sense of how much harder it would be to squeeze. it proved to be a smart move...i'd hate to break off a thin 25ga needle into my own flesh! i'd never go back to lower gauge needles, n still sometimes consider switching to 27ga 1.25 " ...but i need some Popeye-style forearms first i bet. Guest guest
I too, inject both at that same time as well as B-12 (cyanocobalamin). Put all in one syringe and into my buttock, alternating left and right per week. One cc of testosterone with one cc of B-12 and a half cc of Nandrolone. Personally I try to clear out any air bubbles .. I read that it could be very dangerous. I just squeeze till a drop comes out of the needle then tap tap tap till I get all the air bubbles out. I don't have much soreness in the buttock area, but have had major soreness when injecting in the thigh muscles. It's really kept me bulked up and feeling much better physically. All three have helped with my depression, but not so much with my sex drive. It should I know, but for some reason I have ED and am looking for a remedy. Perhaps Beckham would help! lol. Guest guest
When I was first diagnosed, I had very bad fatigue. The doctor prescribed Deca-Durabolin (also known as Nandrolone/testosterone) injections every two weeks. The problem was that the material would decline over the two weeks and I would start to feel the fatigue a couple of days before the next injection. My Gay cousin in Florida became very ill and his partner asked me to fly there. Since the length of my stay was not definite, I knew that it would be a hassle to get injections out of my home state. Consequently, my doctor switched me to Androgel which I still use. I like it much better for several reasons:(1) I do not have to travel to the clinic to get a shot(2) The daily application of Androgel provides an even amount of testosterone so I no longer get any fatigue.(3) I don't know for sure if it is the testosterone alone, but at age 68 I still get extremely powerful erections. An interesting side note: I went to a workshop and was given a coupon for a free month supply of Testim. This gel is very similar to Androgel, but it absorbs faster. My doctor thought that my testosterone was getting a little high so he eventually switched me back to Androgel. Some people don't like Testim due to its smell. I had very weird reactions from FEMALES when they detected the scent. Although I am 100% Gay, women would be very aroused by the smell. There were even occasions when I thought that the female store clerk was going to jump the counter to rape me. My male partner wouldn't believe my stories about Testim until one day he went to the store with me. When he observed the female store clerk's reaction, he was amazed. On the upside, Testim has an emollient that makes it absorb faster so you can soon shower, go swimming, sit in a hot tub or sauna. In contrast, you are supposed to wait a couple of hours with Androgel before showering or entering water. My routine is to shower and then apply the Androgel. If the scent of Testim worked equally on Gay men, I would be fighting my doctor to switch me back. Although I got cruised a lot, the scent from the Testim did not seem to cause the same arousal in men.
Guest guest
Thank you for sharing your story. One question: you began with nandrolone, which is an anabolic steroid and then describe how you now are taking testosterone, which helps with the fatigue. I take both, as many of us do and I give myself injections. Although I would like to try testim, I would still be reluctant to give up my nandrolone. I too take b-12 shots. I pretty much time my injections so that I don't have bouts of fatigue, although it doesn't always work. Still working on the erections .. as I have stated in other posts. Oh yeah, the question is .. do you think testim alone helps the overall fatique and libido .. or are you not sure? Guest guest
Regarding the nandrolone, I would caution people against using it continually, no matter what the benefits. Left ventricular hypertrophy is a real problem. I've had friends whose docs kept them on continuous " maintenance " doses of nandrolone, and they ended up with heart problems (that are permanent--stopping it won't help) While continual replacement therapy of testosterone is good for us (at physiologic doses) the nandrolone should be cycled as needed to help maintain weight. We need our hearts..... Jeff > > Thank you for sharing your story. Guest guest
jeff, Do you have any articles that show a relationship between nadralone and heart problems. Is it common among non-HIVers? As you know, all us poz already have a higher incidence of heart problems. Couldn't it be this and not the nadralone. Btw: thank you for all your contributions to the list. Guest guest
I was wondering if you can direct me to any literature about this nanadrolone and heart problem relationship. I have always been told that of the anabolic steroids, nandrolone injectable, is one of the safest. Perhaps can elaborate on this condition. It's just another blow, when you hear of stuff like this. I have been taking small amounts of nandrolone for years, and so far I am not aware of any heart problems. In contrast, you are supposed to wait a couple of hours with Androgel before showering or > entering water.
Guest guest
Hi--I was speaking from multiple anecdotes, and what physicians have told me.  might be able to direct you to some studies. Unfortunately there haven't been any long term studies comparing intermittent cycling vs continual " maintenance " dosing for CVD endpoints, so we're left to make educated guesses on this stuff.  Sorry I didn't have more data to back up my statements this time. Guest guest
No one has done a study using 100 mg per week of nandrolone in humans to determine the effect on the heart.  Studies in rats using higher doses showed increase collagen accumulation in the heart and left ventricular hypertrophy.  There are reports of bodybuilders using high doses of steroids and growth hormone that show this problem. There was a study done with growth hormone (the product included in Serostim) that showed problems at the doses we use in HIV: http://jcem.endojournals.org/content/87/4/1654.short It would be good to know if patients that Jeff mentioned ever used Serostim or higher doses of steroids for long periods of time. I have not used nandrolone in 2 years mostly because of my blood pressure and some water retention that made me feel bloated after meals.  I am only on a cream made of testosterone plus anstrozole, plus low dose HCG. I have lost 10 pounds from my usual weight but I think I have lost a lot of belly fat. My blood pressure is good also and I am no longer bloated.  My stress test, CT of the heart and all other CV tests are normal.  I used nandrolone for over 10 years and I am glad I did.  I may not be around if I had not.  Other problems with long term use of anabolics or growth hormone is polycythemia, something that can make your blood thicker.  I am shocked to see what some people's hematocrit are! Guest guest
I, too, was on testosterone cyp and nandrolone until I developed left ventricular hypertrophy and pulmonary hypertension. After being referred by my cardiologist, my pulmonolgist indicated that he had commonly seen this result and stopped the nandrolone. That was many years ago and the pulmonary hypertension and ventricular hypertrophy have now returned to normal. asked me at the time if I had any clinical studies backing up this link, but I was not aware of any, just my pulmonologist's long experience dealing with HIV/AIDS in South Florida. I later switched to Testim and then to Androgel (which I prefer) and have been perfectly happy with the results.

Guest guest
,You mentioned in a recent message (No. 38011, July 3) that you were on:"I am only on a cream made of testosterone plus an(a)strozole, plus low dose HCG."Are you getting this from APS? This may be a good solution for me as well, since I am noticing the HORRIBLE bloating side effects. Can you provide a "typical" strength/ratios of each medication in the cream?Lastly, I hope is not that pricey since I know it is an out-pocket expense (insurance companies typically do not cover compounded therapies and/or give you every excuse in the book to exclude them). Can it be made into an injectable? Doctors are not that knowledgeable when it comes to compounded Rx's.Thank you for the answers.
