WATP Super Fat Burning (3 miles) on the rebounder

Saw Dr. No again today for a 2nd round of laser treatment.  I feel remarkably better already!  My range of motion has much improved, swelling is gone, and I'm on the mend!  As much as I enjoyed these visits, I don't think I'll be seeing him again for a long time.   I didn't even need to take ibuprofen today.

Tonite I did 3 miles on the rebounder with !  Super Fat Burning has a yellow background and all but 3 exercisers have yellow shirts on so the mood was banana.  Again I changed walking to jogging, side steps to side jumps, high knees to wide leg run, kicks to jump kicks, and kickbacks to jumping jack legs.  I was even able to use my light walkaway weights f ormost of the exercises though some like lateral raises and external rotations were out of the question.

This was 47 minutes long and it felt good to move.  There's something so carefree and kid-like joy about jumping on the mini trampline :)  Rebounding is way more fun than walking, these workouts adapt to the rebounder so easily!

On tomorrow's agenda is Core Secrets: A Leg Up on the Competition.  It's a virgin workout and I watched it tonite.  Looks PERFECT for me right now, and challenging!  I really like Gunnar and wish he would put out more workouts.

The weather is supposed to be good this week so I hope to get in lots of bridge walks to supplement my video workouts.I can't believe it's 9:30 PST already.  Where does the time go?  Nighty night Everyone!
