I've been fighting a bug for the past 3 or 4 days. DH had been really sick with a chest cold, and the bug tried to take me down. It pretty much wiped me out, but I think the worst is over. I still went to work. DH had to miss work. It hit him hard. 

It was raining hard, and I didn't want to risk running my immune system down by doing those really high intensity rainy rides. It's hard to ride in the rain. It takes longer to brake, and you need to be so hyper alert. That's just not going to work when you're feeling crummy. 

Last week went like this:1/31 rest2/01 rest2/02 CLX BC1 + Walk commute  3 miles (took shuttle from work to BART one way)2/03 Bike commute + haul groceries

2/04 Walk commute 3 miles (took shuttle from work to BART one way)2/05 Walk commute 1.5 miles (took shuttle from work to BART both ways)2/06 restI'm feeling a little better, so I might do BC2 today. Also, I found mypipeline.com. Have you folks discussed this one yet? You can rent or purchase dvds there. It looks like they've got all the Spinervals stuff there. They had some cycling training programs. I'm taking a close look.
