Hi ,

Yes its true, the sun is certainly helping. Funny, it used to be a terrible thing when was young. The ear infections were worse in the heat and he just couldn't cope. Now he is so much better with the extra Vit D. You mention histamine and this is also interesting as I am sure was suffering with hay fever but on thinking, we haven't seen it since starting the Cytoflora. I wonder if anyone else has noticed this?

It will be more evident and interesting when we start seriously upping the dose of Cytoflora to see exactly what improvements we get. Its so expensive, but at the moment things are looking good even at a low dose. Will let you know how its going when we get to the hols.

I need to find out what that is as it might have made a small contribution to the nice improvement you are seeing.Ah, what a nice start to the week!Thorpeheather@... schrieb:>> Just thought you might like to know that since starting on > Cytoflora at 15 drops twice a day for about a week we are seeing a new > found confidence.> Now there is good and bad news here. Is this it??

http://www.nutriiveda-diet.com/

Well there are some anti-inflammatories in there like turmeric. Hmm I

wonder if this damps down the histamines directly.

Let me know if this is the stuff and I'll do some cross-checking.

A friend of ours just went back to Canada. She is a retired hospital matron (now 79 years old) and I asked her to tell me as much as possible about the differences between now and then in terms of medical practices. One thing that completely knocked me over was that in the hospital where she worked they used to give probiotics along with the antibiotics in the 50s and 60s. She couldn't remember when that changed to no probiotics at all. That is only her account and she worked in Quebec so I have no idea how widespread probiotic use was outside her hospital or outside the province of Quebec for that matter. My gut instinct tells me you're in for better hols this year:-))))))P.S The hospital matron takes a lot

of the supplements on our list and she can run circles around most people even at her age. And she still has dreams of meeting Mr Right, ah bless.......From: "Thorpeheather@..." <Thorpeheather@...>Autism Treatment Sent: Monday, 28 June, 2010 9:19:21Subject: Re: Confidence with Cytoflora -
