So I did walk a mile today on the TM, plus did 5 sets of 20 push-ups, 5 sets of 20 pull-downs and 5 sets of 20 lower body exercises - face the wall squats, x-band monster walks. It definately feels great to do something quick in the afternoons! Feel a little less guilty about overindulging now, too.
